... Not at all...A Mystère IVA and a Super Mystere announced they also wanted have their picture from the Noratlas. Here Mystère IVA, the North American Sabre equivalent designed by Marcel Dassault, the ninth production machine coded 314-ZA is under control of the N°249 Chateaudun Air Base Commanding Officer. He needs to use a bit of aft airbrakes to maintain formation with the slow Noratlas. This machine then stored before disposal was used for training and service use by pilots of Ferry Squadron EC 70. On active service it flew at the Tours based Fighter School alongside Locheed T-33s until retirement during 1973 of all other Mystère IV from the GE 314 School Group, the four squadrons flying then with their sole T-Birds until replacement by Dassault-Bréguet-Dornier Alpha-Jets quite early in the eighties.
