Cabin of navigation & bombing
system operator was not very favoured with light and visiblility
but offered an astonishing room which permitted to read a large
size newspaper fully opened!!! This was due to the late Jean
Cuny, a large and strong man who was the Test Navigator of Avions
Marcel Dassault; he told me that the cabin was designed around
him and that a good number of system operators were grateful with
a smile concerning his own shapes...
Jean was one of the best specialists of French military aviation
and wrote alone or in collaboration with Raymond Danel a number
of authoritative books unequaled at this day in the Docavia
Collection; naturally a book about all Dassault aircraft but also
about the Dewoitine D.520 fighter, The French Fighters , The
French Bombers... Impressive...
