Miles M.65 Gemini. This immediately post aircraft from Great Britain was what might be considered as the "minimum" twin giving cheap and practicable mean to travel. It had an interesting pair of flaps which was not at all retractable and I remember my astonishment when during 1948 I saw for the first time a Gemini: it was cruising low with apparently flaps extended!!!...and don't imagine here that the child busy with something in the rear cabin is the pilot of this like a toy aircraft...
